Airblue: a new private airline for Pakistan Airblue is a new private airline recently launched in Pakistan. It plans to operate out of Karachi with three ILFC managed Airbus A320. The airline intends to start flying in May concentrating initially on domestic routes but wants to offer international flights within 12 months. Its CEO is Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, a former chairman of PIA, with the backing of Pakistani ex-pats.
