Information concerning airblue and its services, including flight schedules, routes, fares, text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations (including Customer and BlueMiles information), logos and information regarding the status of airblue flights, etc. is referred to as "Company Information." airblue owns all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names related to the Company Information and the Company Information is proprietary to Airblue.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Airblue's web sites and any Company Information are available to you only to learn about, evaluate, or purchase Airblue's services and products. Unless you are an approved Airblue travel agent, you may use the Airblue web sites and any Company Information only for personal, noncommercial purposes. Agents must sell tickets at the price presented by the reservations system. Artificially raising fares or using commissions to lower fares is not permitted. Except in connection with your authorized use of the Airblue web sites, you may not copy, modify, display, license, distribute, transmit, or download the Company Information without Airblue's written consent. Do not use the Airblue web sites to make any speculative or false reservation.

You may not use any "deep-link," "page-scrape," "robot," "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology which does the same things, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Airblue web sites or any Company Information. Any use of the Airblue web sites that results in the depletion of web site infrastructural resources is not authorized. When you use the Airblue web sites or Company Information for an authorized purpose, you should include all proprietary notices without changing or hiding them. As a condition of your use of the Airblue web sites, you promise that you will not use the Airblue web sites or Company Information for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.

Privacy

Airblue is concerned about your right to privacy. When you visit the Airblue web sites, you can be assured that any information you share with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any entity outside of Airblue Please visit our Privacy Policy page for additional details.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The airblue.com network is protected by a monitored access control system to prevent unauthorized entry to mission critical systems. All privileged data are stored in encoded form inside of access restricted databases. Our customers are required to use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) HTTP connections whenever they are processing a transaction at any stage (personal information, entering their credit card info, etc). All files are transmitted through secure pipelines.

Credit Card Transactions are monitored and processed by a reputable third party for e-commerce transaction.

SSL uses extremely powerful encryption which makes it very difficult for others to gain access to your data. SSL requires that you use Netscape 1.22 or later (or any other browser that supports SSL). You can download the newest version from Netscape's site.

If you are a Prodigy, America Online, or CompuServe subscriber and use their browser, or your Internet Service Provider has a firewall in place, you may not be able to complete a Electronic Ticket transaction on the airblue web sites. (Contact your service provider for more information).

To view airblue.com and purchase travel online, we recommend you use a web browser equivalent to Netscape Navigator version 4.06 or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 or higher. The newest versions of these browsers can be downloaded from the Netscape or Microsoft web sites, respectively. America Online (AOL) users must use AOL version 4.0 or higher, which uses Internet Explorer. The browser you use must support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and JavaScript. Disabling any of these features or using older non-compatible browsers may reduce site functionality.

Tickets may be purchased at the airblue web site using either of the following credit cards: MasterCard or Visa.

You may also hold your reservation for 24 hours and make an in-person payment at any one of our many payment centers.

If you wish to use another form of payment (e.g., BlueMiles redemption, gift certificate, discount coupon), please contact airblue Reservations at 111-AIRBLUE (111-247-258) for information about how to use those payment options.

If you are holding a BlueMiles reward ticket from a previously unused trip please contact airblue reservations at 111-AIRBLUE (111-247-258) to apply your BlueMiles ticket to a new flight reservation.

Airblue's Internet Specials may only be purchased at airblue's web sites using the above-referenced credit cards.
