FAQ: Accepting Credit Card Payments

How does it work?
• Credit card payments are accepted using FlyMe merchant account. Your agency will be credited for commission amount like cash sales.

What service fee will be charged?
• The standard 1% CC processing fee is applied to the sales transaction (to be paid for by the passenger)..

Would there be any additional fee charged on the agents account?
• No service fee will be charged to your account.

How will we get the commission on the credit card sale?
• Commission is applied directly to your account at the time of sale.

What types of credit cards are accepted?
• At this time, only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for online payment.

How will the credit card transactions be adjusted in the fortnight report?
• Since the credit card charge is processed through FlyMe merchant account, your account will be credited for the amount of commission that you earned.

Do we have to provide you with any CC slips or other documents at the time of Credit card sale adjustment?
• No, all sales are processed online. Standard credit card policy as shown on ticket applies (pax must show credit card and ID at airport for check-in).

What will be the refund procedure?
• Credit card sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be exchanged for future travel.

What will be the exchange procedure?
• When exchanging a ticket from a credit card sale, the credit card and photo ID from the original sale must be verified.
