Ensure the incoming/outgoing flight with all relevant papers are properly uploaded in acloud. Keep a record and action taken on all meet and assist special request and passenger complains. Ensure to approved the staff leaves as per policy. Maintain leave record of all terminal staff. Manager to ensure initial and recurrent training for staff carried out as per PCAA regulation. Update, DTO and Asst. Manager Training for staff training on fortnightly basis. Responsible for PCAA inspections held on stations. Maintain office decorum as per company policy. Ensure Timely preparation of Airport Entry Passes of all Departments. Airport Entry Pass request from Head Office or any other department seeks approval from DTO. Ensure all airblue updated manuals are available in Station Library. Ensure Safety and HRM report is raised if required & response the FSR / DBRs timely. Handling and ensure Petty Cash closure. Ensure check-in counter availability as per policy and requirement. Flight delay or any discrepancies reported to DTO. Important CAA notices should be sent / brief to DTO. Ensure CAA contract will be renew on time. Any other duty/assignment ordered by DTO.

Description: |
A. Maintenance of Cabin Crew folders and training records. b. Ensure all cabin crew training is as per PCAA regulations. c. Remain abreast with subject changes/amendments for updating of training materials (curriculum, evaluation and processes). d. Review examination process / papers and ensure proper maintenance of training record. e. Perform other duties, assigned by Senior Manager Training. f. Ensure in managing course logistics. g. Follow up the progress of certificate preparation and issuance. h. maintaining conducive environment for ensuring training effectiveness. i. conduct regular/refresher courses in addition to other instructional duties. j. Review examination process / papers in consultation with other team members k. Act as subject specialist and render advice to Senior Ground instructor Cabin on all subject matters. l. Preparation and delivery of lectures and other training like drills, demonstrations etc. in line with PCAA directives and company procedures. m. Coordinate with respective representative of training department regarding the transportation of any training material, special requirements etc. n. Ensure punctuality and discipline of the class. o.
