Conducting O.P.D. for Cockpit, Cabin Crew; Engineering, Technical staff ramp operators ( Aviation sensitive areas) and Ground personnel.
Maintaining correspondence with C.A.A. for Cockpit and Cabin crew and other Regulatory Authorities.

 Maintain Leave record of employees at station.
 Prepare/submit UPL data to DAO office.
 Maintenance of personal files of staff and keep them in safe custody.
 Maintenance of PPEs record.
 Keep the record of stationary items used in airside offices.
 Maintain the record of staff uniform items.
 Maintenance / updating of nominal roll.
 Ensure timely submission of medical claims and accurate updates to the medical card records.
 Assist staff loan submitting requests to the DAO office.
 Maintain record of staff uniforms, shoes, jackets, PPEs etc.
 Maintain/update personal files of the staff.
 Maintain a comprehensive training record of staff at station.
 Communicate the duty roster to the relevant in a timely manner.
 Keep a comprehensive record of ADP, license, medical and fitness record of specialists.
 Initiate vendor/staff airport entry passes.
 Handle any other tasks assigned by Manager Airside Operations.

 Proper assumption of charge of his shift with exact head count and debrief from outgoing AM.
 Distribution of tasks to different personnel and deployment of available GHE in the shift.
 Proper monitoring of working locations and discipline of deployed personnel and GHE in his shift through Airside Executive.
 Close coordination with Flight Coordinator, Engineering and ASF for timely dispatch of flights.
 Close monitoring of delay in flights departures and implementing remedial measures in consultation with Manager Airside.
 Proper cleaning of all aircraft during turn around and internal / external deep cleaning when planned in his shift.
 Safe operations on aircraft by personnel and deployed GHE.
 Timely arrangement of aircraft parking place in coordination with CAA.
 Monitoring fulfillment of administrative needs of personnel in his shift.
 Raising of Airside Discrepancy Report (ADR) if any, to Manager Airside before pack up.
 Providing feedback to Manager Airside on FSR, Hazard Reports etc.
 Any additional duties assigned by MAS/GMAS.

 Report to Airside Executive in proper uniform with high visibility jacket displaying valid passes for marking attendance.
 Check his duty/GHE allocation and take position at duty area on time.
 Manually tow/push non powered GHE with aircraft on instructions from AMA/AE.
 Be careful of speed and his vehicle limits while driving on apron.
 Ensure no body rides with him on vehicle if no seat is available.
 Check fitness of allocated GHE and carryout daily inspection before use.
 Proper cleaning and washing of vehicle.
 Ensure on time delivery of cargo/baggage to save ground time.
 Not to use vehicle for any purpose without instructions of AMA/AE.
 Never park his vehicle with aircraft or ramp area without marshaling and put required chocks as soon as it is parked.
 That he attends to his GHE as long as it is attached to the aircraft.
 In no case keys are to be left inside vehicle.
 All discrepancies in GHE must be reported to shift AMA/AE/AE(TGS) immediately and defect written on GHE log book.
 Any additional duties assigned by AMA/AE.

 Upkeep of all Ground Handling Equipment available at Ramp, as advised by AE (TGS).
 All scheduled maintenance of GHE is done as per their manuals.
 Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all GHE to be implemented.
 All Ground Handling Equipment have properly maintained Log Books.
 All maintenance activities on GHE recorded in their Log Books.
 Improve in house maintenance/repair capability.
 Defects pointed out by AS during operation/DI should be rectified ASAP.
 Upkeep of refueling, oil change record of all powered GHE.
 Record of spares for GHE like batteries, tires, bulbs etc. to be maintained and replenished as required in consultation with AE(TGS)/MAS.
 Any additional duties assigned by AMA/MAS

 Required number of aircraft chocks and safety cones are available.
 Timely arrangement of aircraft parking place in coordination with CAA.
 Organize FOD drill with airside team.
 Close coordination with Flight Coordinator, Engineering and ASF for timely dispatch of flights.
 Coordination with airblue security for timely requisition of aircraft search teams.
 Proper internal and external cleaning of aircraft during turn around.
 After supervising turnaround cleaning operation, monitor performance of loading supervisor and deploy cleaning staff for external cleaning till Door Close.
 Safe operations on aircraft by personnel and deployed GHE.
 All trash collected after servicing of aircraft is properly disposed.
 Monitoring fulfillment of administrative needs of personnel in his shift.
 Raising of Airside Discrepancy Report (ADR) if any, to AMA before cease work.
 Feedback to Manager/Assistant Manager Airside on FSR, Hazard Reports etc.
 Prepare and complete Airside Activity Form.
 Load cleaning pre and post cleaning pictures on PA Net.
 Any additional duties assigned by AMA/MAS.

- Identify opportunities for establishing new workshops aligned with organizational needs and capabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial and technical feasibility studies for new workshop setups.
- Develop and present business plans outlining investment requirements, operational models, ROI, and timelines.
- Oversee planning and provisioning of required tooling, test equipment, infrastructure, and manpower resources.
- Collaborate with Procurement, HR, and Facility Management to ensure the timely availability of necessary assets.
- Ensure all workshop activities are aligned with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
- Ensure all workshop proceduresexisting and neware documented, updated, and compliant with regulatory authority requirements (e.g., CAA, EASA, FAA).
- Coordinate and facilitate audits conducted by local regulatory bodies and aviation authorities.
- Address audit findings through timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and control workshop operating expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or compliance.
- Provide periodic budget utilization and performance reports to the GM (MRO).
- Drive process improvements for workshop efficiency, turnaround times, and resource utilization.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including engineering, planning, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain effective relationships with OEMs, regulatory bodies, and vendors for ongoing support and updates.

- Responsible for performing routine checks and maintenance on airframe, engines, and APU under Shift Incharge supervision.
- Responsible for familiarizing with the engine, APU, refueling, and hydraulic system servicing as per the Aircraft Maintenance Manual.
- Responsible for documenting all maintenance activities and reporting to the Shift Incharge.
- Responsible for conducting repairs, replacements, and modifications in category B1 under Shift Incharge supervision., following approved manuals (Maintenance Manual and SRM).

- Responsible for conducting aircraft functional checks and general inspections of avionics equipment and related systems under the direct supervision of a shift Incharge.
- Responsible for maintaining aircraft wiring, plugs, and antennas, ensuring their condition and serviceability, and performing minor repairs/replacements under the supervision of a Shift Incharge.
- Responsible for performing maintenance and checks on aircraft avionics systems as per the approved Maintenance Manual, under the supervision of a Shift Incharge.

Requirements:
- Holds or previously held a valid PCAA ATPL
- Educational degree: Minimum Bachelor's or above

Experience:
- Possess experience in the administrative role.
Relevant experience in following areas:
- Flight Operations management and regulations
- Pakistan Civil Aviation rules, ANOs and Compliance
- Flight Ops documentation and manuals
- Sufficient knowledge in audits, renewals and AOC processes

The Incumbent will be responsible to manage and supervise the cabin operations activities.

Requirements:
- Experience in the field of cabin crew administration is preferred
- Experience as Cabin Crew which shall include at least two years in a lead position
- Prior experience in Flight Safety, Service and administration
- Background knowledge on cabin crew operational environment and standards related to service and safety operational.
- Sound knowledge and understanding on Safety Management Systems (SMS), safety audit, safety & security regulatory compliance.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong Managerial skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

Ensure effective and smooth functioning of operations.
Maintain close liaison and excellent working relationship with all airport agencies.
Maintain close coordination with AM-TCS/E-TCS for station related issues.
Ensure all staff is properly dressed up as per grooming manual and reported on time for duty.
Ensure duty allocation is properly made by E-TCS / AM-TCS and signed by MAO, next day.
Ensure all flights are closed on time in PA-NET.
Ensure delay codes and comments properly mentioned in PA-NET.
Prepare duty roster of terminal staff on monthly basis and should be changed after 3 months.
Ensure all CAA letters and complaints are addressed on time.
Ensure the approval of flight schedule and parking slots with the consultation of CAA.
Ensure pre/post flight briefings are conducted on daily basis.
Ensure high standard of services will be given to guests.
Ensure all possible efforts are made by the team for on time departures.
Ensure correct entries in the logbook of any action to be taken by the outgoing shift.
Ensure staff attendance and leave record maintained properly.
Ensure the incoming/outgoing flight with all relevant papers are properly uploaded in acloud.
Keep a record and action taken on all meet and assist special request and passenger complains.
Ensure to approved the staff leaves as per policy. Maintain leave record of all terminal staff.
Manager to ensure initial and recurrent training for staff carried out as per PCAA regulation.
Update, DTO and Asst. Manager Training for staff training on fortnightly basis.
Responsible for PCAA inspections held on stations.
Maintain office decorum as per company policy.
Ensure Timely preparation of Airport Entry Passes of all Departments.
Airport Entry Pass request from Head Office or any other department seeks approval from DTO.
Ensure all airblue updated manuals are available in Station Library.
Ensure Safety and HRM report is raised if required & response the FSR / DBRs timely.
Handling and ensure Petty Cash closure.
Ensure check-in counter availability as per policy and requirement.
Flight delay or any discrepancies reported to DTO.
Important CAA notices should be sent / brief to DTO.
Ensure CAA contract will be renew on time.
Any other duty/assignment ordered by DTO.

A. Maintenance of Cabin Crew folders and training records.
b. Ensure all cabin crew training is as per PCAA regulations.
c. Remain abreast with subject changes/amendments for updating of training materials (curriculum, evaluation and
processes).
d. Review examination process / papers and ensure proper maintenance of training record.
e. Perform other duties, assigned by Senior Manager Training.
f. Ensure in managing course logistics.
g. Follow up the progress of certificate preparation and issuance.
h. maintaining conducive environment for ensuring training effectiveness.
i. conduct regular/refresher courses in addition to other instructional duties.
j. Review examination process / papers in consultation with other team members
k. Act as subject specialist and render advice to Senior Ground instructor Cabin on all subject matters.
l. Preparation and delivery of lectures and other training like drills, demonstrations etc. in line with PCAA
directives and company procedures.
m. Coordinate with respective representative of training department regarding the transportation of any training
material, special requirements etc.
n. Ensure punctuality and discipline of the class.
o. Preparation of question papers, conduct of examination, marking of answer sheets and submission of results to
respective representative of training department.
p. Any training related task assigned by SGIC or SMT.
