Medical Officer for an airline kitchen will be responsible to manage the airline kitchen(s) and to ensure the safety & quality of food served on flights along with addressing health-related concerns of kitchen staff.

- Inspections of Flight kitchens to maintain hygiene standards of the premises, biochemical and bacteriological examination of the quality of food items, and Educational Awareness lectures.

- Medical examination and review of Food handlers of Flight kitchens.

- Check meals served on board the aircraft in case of complaints, transfer samples for detailed bacterio-chemical analysis to PCAA-designated laboratories, and take corrective measures

 Proper assumption of charge of his shift with exact head count and debrief from outgoing AM.
 Distribution of tasks to different personnel and deployment of available GHE in the shift.
 Proper monitoring of working locations and discipline of deployed personnel and GHE in his shift
through Airside Executive.
 Close coordination with Blue Cap, Engineering and ASF for timely dispatch of flights.
 Close monitoring of delay in flights departures and implementing remedial measures in
consultation with Manager Airside.
 Proper cleaning of all aircraft during turn around and internal / external deep cleaning when
planned in his shift.
 Safe operations on aircraft by personnel and deployed GHE.
 Timely arrangement of aircraft parking place in coordination with CAA.
 Monitoring fulfillment of administrative needs of personnel in his shift.
 Raising of Airside Discrepancy Report (ADR) if any, to Manager Airside before pack up.
 Providing feedback to Manager Airside on FSR, Hazard Reports etc.
 Any additional duties assigned by SMAS/MAS.

 Maintain Leave record of employees at station.
 Prepare/submit UPL data to DAO office.
 Maintenance of personal files of staff and keep them in safe custody.
 Maintenance of PPEs record.
 Keep the record of stationary items used in airside offices.
 Maintain the record of staff uniform items.
 Maintenance / updating of nominal roll.
 Ensure timely submission of medical claims and accurate updates to the medical card records.
 Assist staff loan submitting requests to the DAO office.
 Maintain record of staff uniforms, shoes, jackets, PPEs etc.
 Maintain/update personal files of the staff.
 Maintain a comprehensive training record of staff at station.
 Communicate the duty roster to the relevant in a timely manner.
 Keep a comprehensive record of ADP, license, medical and fitness record of specialists.
 Initiate vendor/staff airport entry passes.
 Handle any other tasks assigned by Manager Airside Operations.

 Upkeep of all Ground Handling Equipment available at Ramp.
 All scheduled maintenance of GHE is done as per their manuals.
 Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all GHE to be prepared and implemented.
 All Ground Handling Equipment have properly maintained Log Books.
 All maintenance activities on GHE recorded in their Log Books.
 Improve in house maintenance / repair capability.
 Defects pointed out by AS during operation/DI should be rectified ASAP.
 Upkeep of refueling, oil change record of all powered GHE.
 Record of spares for GHE like batteries, tyres, bulbs etc to be maintained and replenished as
required in consultation with AMA / MAS.
 Regular training of AS to keep them current on latest techniques to efficiently maintain GHE.
 Coordination with repair vendors (local/abroad) for effective support to maintain 100%
serviceability of GHE.
 Any additional duties assigned by AMA/MAS

 Report to Airside Executive in proper uniform with high visibility jacket displaying valid passes for
marking attendance.
 Check his duty/GSE allocation and take position at duty area on time.
 Manually tow / push non powered GSE with aircraft on instructions from AM/AE.
 Be careful of speed and his vehicle limits while driving on apron.
 Ensure no body rides with him on vehicle if no seat is available.
 Check fitness of allocated GSE and carryout daily inspection before use.
 Proper cleaning and washing of vehicle.
 Ensure on time delivery of cargo/baggage to save ground time.
 Not to use vehicle for any purpose without instructions of AM/AE.
 Never park his vehicle with aircraft or ramp area without marshaling and put required chocks as
soon as it is parked.
 That he attends to his GSE as long as it is attached to the aircraft.
 In no case keys are to be left inside vehicle.
 All discrepancies in GSE must be reported to shift AM immediately and defect written on GSE log
book.
 Any additional duties assigned by AM/AE.

- To handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for the airline.
- Handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
- To confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, schedule, fares, make or cancel reservations/accounts, or to obtain details of complaints related to passengers and travel agents.
- Effectively resolve complaints, requests and escalate complex issues as needed.

-Formulate and implement the effective sales strategies to meet and exceed the set sales targets.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and growth of airlines customer base.
-Lead the Sales team of CMs, DMs and SMs .

-Build and maintain strong relationship with travel agents including HGOs and Umrah selling consolidators and other stakeholders.

-Proactively coordinate with CRC for the timely adjustment of fares in view of competitors sales activities, seasonality and market demand. Stay updated with the industry developments.
-Work closely with marketing team to develop sales promotional campaigns.
-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to identify the areas of improvement.
-Keep close eye on credit accounts to ensure that fortnight payments are not overdue. Ensure timely deposits of fortnight payments.

1. To train the staff working in Technical Record section.
2. To supervise the work carried out by the Technical Record staff as per duties and responsibilities
of Engineering Assistant.
3. Prepare monthly statements for management, CAA returns, monthly returns for Airbus
representative, honey well representative and CFM engine Representative.
4. Arrange printing of work sheets and technical log book in such a way that stock is reoccupied
well in advance before exhausting.
5. Manage supply of Technical log books and other work sheets to out stations so that, same are
replaced in case technical log pages are finished.
6. Answer all the queries received though email from Higher Management and other agencies.
7. Provide available data of ABQ fleet as and when required by the authorized personnel.
8. Solve day-by-day queries about technical record and train the Engineering Assistant about
arising problems.
9. Prepare the wheels and brakes work order as per CMM.
10. Update Check A and Check C Master index list on PA NET.
11. To update the OASES including FH FC, defect log, MEL and components change.
12. Review and update log book entries if required.
13. Review Techlog Book folder of Karachi based aircraft on half yearly basis and replace the folder
if found damaged. Also inform the same to Asst. Manager Tech Record.
14. Review continuing airworthiness record (Check A, Check C, BSIs, Shop visits etc. ) of KHI based
aircraft on PA-NET at the end of every month and acknowledge the same to Asst. Manager Tech
Record

The Incumbent will be responsible to manage and supervise the cabin operations activities.

Requirements:
- Experience in the field of cabin crew administration is preferred
- Experience as Cabin Crew which shall include at least two years in a lead position
- Prior experience in Flight Safety, Service and administration
- Background knowledge on cabin crew operational environment and standards related to service and safety operational.
- Sound knowledge and understanding on Safety Management Systems (SMS), safety audit, safety & security regulatory compliance.
- Excellent command of the English language

13.On International Flights make sure that Guest API Data is processed. If the data is not processed immediately concered to AM-TCS and duty E-TCS .
14.Ensure correct wrapping and tagging on the baggage of guests to avoid any kind of wrong forwarding of baggage other than destination. All previously fixed destination tags have to be removed.
15.Generate boarding pass and baggage tags and handing them over to guest with a little brief of gate No, Time of boarding and departure.
16.Encourage and promote the web check-in among guests.
17.If the flight is delay, make sure to provide correct information of departure while handing over a boarding card to guest.

20.Update the AM-TCS/E-TCS for any change of book load for revision of meal load during the flight Check in.
21.Identify the guest problem, deal and inform the ETCS or STCS regarding, excess baggage, guest complain, misbehavior and acceptance.
22.Ensure last piece of baggage forwarded on time to the segregation and informed to ETCS/STCS.
23.Make reasonable efforts to maintain smooth check in process and clearance of guest in time resulting in closing of counter well time.
24.Report at the boarding gate 30 minutes prior to the boarding time.
25.Make a boarding announcement loud and clear with zone wise. (in English & Urdu)
